We are proud to announce that Professor Krzysztof Szabat has been nominated as Guest Professor at Keio University. The nomination was already accepted last November, but the nomination was officially handed over during the professor's visit to Japan, which took place from March 2 to 16. As part of his new duties, Professor Szabat held lectures and consultations for Keio University students. He also had the opportunity to familiarize himself with the laboratory infrastructure and research topics conducted at this University. Although the rather busy schedule of the visit and the incredible pace of life and work took their toll on the Head of our Department (you can see it in one of the photos), the professor returned to us happy and with a head full of new research ideas.
